Attention Builders, Contractors and Homeowners. Local family operated sawmill is clearing out seasoned 1" & 2"thick Douglas Fir boards at a discount in our annual end of season sale. Utility grade lumber at half price or less. We need the space. Utility grade, bandsawn, air dried one year under cover. Didn't make flooring or appearance grade due to defects or imperfections. Some with black stain due to inadequate airflow over the winter, otherwise just fine. Could be easily sanded off or run through a planer to clean up. Great for building projects, fencing, strapping, bracing, fascia, woodworking etc... Douglas Fir is much stronger and harder than the Spruce or Pine available at the lumber store. Lumber prices have increased significantly over the past 6 months, ours have remained the same. 1x4, 1x6, 1x8 in lengths 8-12' long. Pick up at the Sawmill in Cedar. Minimum $100 order.
