Salish C was completely rebuilt in 2001 and has been maintained in pristine condition. Salish C weighs 9 tons and is powered by a 6 cylinder Perkins Diesel engine. At her cruising speed of 6.5 knots she consumes just over 1 gallon of fuel per hour. In 2016 I had stabilizers installed my the companythat built her an Salish C is now a comfortable boat as well as a darn tough boat. Her hull is laid up with 1 1/4' fg, her prop is 2" and drives a 22" bronze prop. Salish C has a well furnished interior, sports up to date electronics including overlay radar on the GPS. Salish C has been to Alaska twice and we have had her on the west coast as far as Bamfield and the Broken Islands. Salish C is well known in the Gulf Islands, Desolation Sound and the Broughton's.
