"The Lighthouse Community Hall has replaced it's heating system with heat pumps so we are now selling our oil fired boiler, tank and fittings for $1,000. It has been in place for approximately 20 years now and is still installed and in perfect working condition. It has provided all the heat for our 10,000 sq.ft. facility. The purchaser will remove the fixture from our boiler room themselves and are entitled to the manifold as well as the large water tank. The tank appears to be in the area of 100 gallons in size.
