New hoses and electrical and wireless backup camera (needs wireless receiver or unplug and connect RCA). Indoor/outdoor propane stove. Comes with battery and propane tank. Awning in great condition. Canvas vinyl also in great condition. No leaks. Slight discoloration due to age and waterproofing solution but otherwise great shape. Great little camper, just out grown it! NO POWERED FRIDGE OR FURNACE. NO BATHROOM. It does have an ice box fridge. GVW 2732 lbs.
