This Northern Harrier figurine is greyish blue and white with brown markings. The Northern Harrier is on a rock with grass and flowers around it. This is on a wooden base with a small plaque that "Ruby's Collection" is written. It is in excellent condition. On the back of it on the rock it has "Northern Harrier" written. The figurine is 4.5 inches high and the base has a diameter of 3.25 inches. Located in Duncan.
