We are a local senior couple looking to find the right long term rental for ourselves and our small 9 lb service dog companion. Our perfect situation would be in an owner occupied home offering a spacious 2 bedroom, level entry suite featuring a walk-in shower, modern kitchen including fridge with an ice maker and, access to a small patio or yard. We are easy going, quiet, respectful and enjoy keeping a tidy home. We can provide excellent references and would welcome answering any questions you may have. We are currently paying $1800.
