Type A70 , released in 1964 was the last and most advanced of Garrard's classic Laboratory Series 'pusher platform' autochangers. It can play a stack of up to 10 records sequentially, or act like a regular turntable when in single-play mode. It has four speeds to play all types of records: 16 rpm, 33 rpm, 45 rpm and 78rpm. This is one of the best autochangers ever designed, especially known for its delicate handling of fragile 78 rpm discs. Fully mechanically and electrically restored to perfect working order!
