$2,900 · 26' Fifth Wheel/Tiny House

I purchased a 26', 1987 security fifth wheel with a metal pitched roof in 2017 and lived in for a year. Was hoping to move it to a new location, but should probably just sell it to someone wanting some accommodations. There is no mold or rot and structure is sound. The roof gives more head room. Bought a new battery and had a new 12 volt power converter installed by Adrian's RV repair ($1000.00), and insulated underneath for the winter. Will probably need a new toilet and a hot water tank. Propane heater not working. I just used electric. Could be a good accommodation for a wwoofer or guests. Trailer is on my parents land in Cassidy area, and purchaser will need to move. Asking $2,900 as I paid over $5000 not including repairs.
