This 1993 trailer was purchased new in Nanaimo. We are second owner, purchased it almost 18 years ago. Complete new Rubber roof approximately 5 years ago. Very clean unit, no musty smells etc. Trailer has wintered inside for approximately 7 of the last 8 years. Awning cover was replaced two years ago. Ducted Air Conditioning and heating, newer electronic power supply. Outside shower. Two 30lb propane tanks . Roof rack for light items. Sleeps 6. Four burner stove, (most RV's only have 3 burner stove) oven, microwave and large two door fridge/freezer. Clarion AM/FM/CD stereo with remote and removable faceplate. TV hookups in living area and bedroom. Front and rear stabilizers, front are electric. Newer Serta bed mattress. We have towed the 5th wheel with a GM half ton truck. The trailer GVW is only 8200lb. (Net weight is 5300 lb.) There is a small damaged area on the backside (that mysteriously occurred when the trailer was in storage at McCallum storage lot in Nanaimo.)
