This is a vintage Kay copy of a 1960's Sunburst Fender Stratocaster. The body is solid, the neck is straight, good action, good frets. The pickups are as powerful as any Fender of the day IMO. These have yellowed with age. Search online for - Kay K32 The 3-way switch controls the neck and bridge pickups. The mid pickup is wired in reverse phase and is controlled by the front tone pot. Unlike the stock Fender 3-way wiring scheme, all 3 pickups can be played together and a wide variety of tones can be selected. Built before the lawsuit that stopped companies from building accurate copies of name brand guitars. I'm guessing about 1972. See the pics for details. It comes with a like-new case.
