LaZBoy 4 seat sofa with chaise and ottoman. Upgraded (firm) foam in seats and back, and ottoman top. Spare upholstered chaise seat. (As this is the best seat!) 2 yards spare upholstery. Tight knit, very durable synthetic upholstery. Solid brown tone, shows some motion in fabric. Tone varies between warm and cool dependant on lighting. Paid approx $8000, asking $2800.
