Basically stock except I've changed out the grips to RaceFace, the stem for a bit of a rise, and the 18T freewheel to a 16T. I also replaced the BB7 pads late last year as well as the tires with Schwalbe Big Apple's so they're all basically brand new. I'm the original owner and have taken great care of it. It has never seen a trail. I immediately replaced with street tires after purchase. This has been my Spring/Summer ride. From about September until sometime in April it goes into heated storage.
