Has hydro meter on pad, and RV will only be billed for power used. Maximum 32 foot long unit. Indoor cat or small dog considered (leashed when outdoors). No smoking on property. References and proof of income required upon tentative acceptance. We will only be responding to interested persons who tell us about themselves and their RV, such a type, year and length. Due to constraints of water and septic servicing the pad, site is available to 1 or 2 persons max.
