About the suite: - separate entrance located around the back of the house with private walk way - covered patio to yourself - in suite washer and dryer - tenant has own separate hydro meter and hot water tank - separate garbage, recycling, and compost bins - basic Wifi included - street parking for 2 vehicles - separate mailbox About the landlords: - We are a young family with 2 going on 3 kids and we live above the suite in the main part of the home. We are in and out of the house a lot during the day. We have done our best to sound proof with lots of rugs upstairs and teaching the littles to be respectful of people living underneath but at the end of the day kids do live in the home and they will be heard from time to time. Kids are in bed and house is quiet by 7:30 pm every night. - We are respectful and reasonable landlords who are hoping to find the right fit when it comes to who we rent the suite out to. It would probably be best suited to people who work during the day or students who are out and about during day time hours. Someone who works night shifts probably wouldn’t be a good fit in the suite.
