Seeking private, quiet, rural site for 28ft trailer, myself & dog

I'm on the hunt for a quiet rural site that offers privacy and accommodates a 30amp 28ft 5th wheel. I am a single 37 yr old, and my dog is 5. Location : Anywhere south of Ladysmith, down to the Malahat, or westward out to Lake Cowichan area. My dog is a rescue who is sensitive to activity around our home space (dogs especially), so privacy is needed. Saying that, she's had many dog friends and I've previously worked with a dog trainer, wherein she was with multiple well-mannered calm dogs in open spaces, with no issue at all. I would also need the ability to put up a simple fenced area (T-posts and deer fencing/wire) around the trailer. She does not jump on or over fences, or try to escape or dig. Cell service and a reliable water source are needed at minimum, but hookups would be appreciated too. Shade is also a necessity. Please email to further discuss. Much thanks!
