Beautifully updated 36' 2013 Keystone Cougar travel trailer. We have meticulously renovated this unit for full-time living on the island We have lived on an acreage in Duncan and most recently at the Living Forest campground in Nanaimo. We remodeled this unit with longer-term plans in mind, but due to an unexpected addition to the family we are putting this up for sale. We worked out all the kinks before the baby arrived and survived an unexpected cold snap with temps dipping below -10. This is a 30amp rig so unfortunately there's no washer/dryer. Air admittance valve replaced to eliminate any odors Entertainment: Flat-screen TV mount in living area (will fit 50" TV), built-in stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers Climate Control: Efficient propane furnace heating, electric fireplace, and air conditioning system, new furnace motherboard still under warranty. All OEM ducting replaced with semi-rigid ducting and spray foamed Hot Water: Tankless on-demand hot water heater (propane) Insulation: Professionally spray-foamed insulated underbelly with a rubberized coating for year-round comfort and pest protection Exterior: Power awning (new Dometic motor and awning fabric installed last summer), outdoor LED light strip, large pass-through storage compartment, additional outdoor storage bay at the back Additional Features: bug screens for all windows, vent covers for all 3 vents, custom cat door in the back slide that can connect to a catio, propane safe re-certified in 2023 by Arbutus RV Condition: Great condition, non-smokers, no leaks, and regularly serviced with records available We have kept extra fasteners and supplies for future repairs and upgrades. We intended on staying much longer to recuperate the costs but life had different plans. Hoping to find someone who can enjoy this as much as we did.
