She is in great condition [ included in sale is one can of precoat and one can of final coat marine Mediterranean white ]. It's a dry boat no leaks, comes with a main sail, a Jib on furler, and two additional sails one is a spinnaker and a genoa. Door is new and painted in Mediterranean white as shown in pics. A seat was also repaired and repainted in Mediterranean white. Sailboat also comes with a 2017 Mercury long board 9.9 in great condition. All inside cushions have been cleaned but not used a month ago. Moorage is not included with the boat!
