Part-Time Property Maintenance Keeper

The Whole Show Restorations is looking for a part-time property maintenance keeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our property and vehicles. This role involves performing general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring a well-kept environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding • Keep common areas, hallways, and outdoor spaces clean and organized • Wash company vehicles • Handle basic carpentry and repair work as needed • Report any safety hazards or major repair needs to management QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is an asset • Basic knowledge of carpentry work • Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs • A valid BC driver’s license and clean driving record SCHEDULE & WAGE: • 16 hours per week to start • $20/hr Please email your resume to info@twsrestorations.com, or feel free to drop it off at 1360 Alberni Hwy, Parksville.
