Was running last summer. Pulled it for a Cummins conversion. 4 speed transmission, bell housing, clutch & flywheel not included but I might sell them. The engine is apart and found to be rebuilt, 0.30 over pistons and the bores look great. Short block, heads, intake & exhaust manifolds $250
