The washer has a super smooth spin cycle at 1200 RPM and the laundry comes out barely damp. No mold or foul smells inside. The dryer also runs quietly with lots of heat (it's an electric one). No issues with either one of them. They both have dimensions of 30" deep x 39" high x 27" wide (large capacity). Only selling as a set. Sorry.
