Organization: Nanoose Bay Camp (Non-profit) Location: Nanoose Bay, British Columbia, Canada Job Type: Contractual, approx 8 hours per week averaged over the year. Remuneration: $1,000.00 per month Location: Remotely About Nanoose Bay Camp: Nanoose Bay Camp is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to providing summer camp programs for individuals of all ages as well as retreats and private functions. We will require the following, but not limited to, bookkeeping services: • Record income & expenses. • Post general ledger. • Invoice Leaseholders for Hydro quarterly. • Invoice Leaseholders for Property Tax (Cabins only) annually. • Process reimbursements from submitted forms & receipts. • Reconcile bank statements. • Reconcile credit card statements. • Provide monthly profit and loss. • Provide monthly balance statements. • Prepare GST/PST reports. (our accountant does this). • File all required CRA payments. • Prepare year-end to send to the Accountant for review. • Bank deposits when needed. • Preparing payroll bi-weekly and monthly submission to CRA. • Processing all bill payments. • Preparing tax receipts for all donations at year-end.
