The Sony PS-FL7II is a very advanced Japanese turntable design from the tail end of the first vinyl era. It was manufactured in the mid-1980s when CDs where becoming popular, and so it features a front-loading tray design. It has been completely mechanically and electrically restored with new capacitors, belt, and cables. Mechanism cleaned and lubricated. Functions now as well as it did when it left the factory in the 1980s and will continue to for many years to come. Does not suffer from any of the age-related problems which inevitably plague linear trackers after 40 years: No stretched belt, no dragging arm motion, no arm servo noise through the pickup, etc. Completely rebuilt and fully functional. Great machine in perfect working order with a few cosmetic scuffs and scratches.
