Site Supervisor

DELIVERABLES: The Site Supervisor is an integral part in fulfilling the promises we make to our customers. The company brand and customer experience rely heavily on the proper execution of the following responsibilities of this role. * Lead the team, for SKC, on the jobsite. Work alongside the project manager to ensure work is completed as per plan, supervise/assist other team members and subtrades. Liase with customers on site as required. * 2000 hours (about 2 and a half months) of carpentry and supervision produced annually on site. Some of these tasks include:Communicating with Project Manager regarding schedule and daily activities on site:Communicating with trades on site and assist with any needs they haveRelay any conversations and requests from customer to the Project ManagerCommunicating with team members on site and assist with any needs they haveConcrete formingFramingWindow and door installationSiding and exterior finishingInterior finishingCustom cabinetry and millwork * Communicating with trades on site and assist with any needs they have * Relay any conversations and requests from customer to the Project Manager * Communicating with team members on site and assist with any needs they have * Concrete forming * Framing * Window and door installation * Siding and exterior finishing * Interior finishing * Custom cabinetry and millwork * Complete assigned projects within the allocated time scheduled. * Ensure that sites are always tidy and safe for team members and visiting subtrades. * All SKC employees will complete initial and ongoing training to ensure competency in your required skill set. * Provide daily progress updates which will be uploaded through our Project Management Software, Buildertrend.For more info and how to apply, visit: https://www.shiningknight.ca/c ontact-us Company: Shining Knight Construction Inc Salary: $33-$40/hr Contract: PERMANENT
