Share spacious home with one other person, a cat & a chihuahua. Bedroom has ocean view, modular closet and private bathroom. Everything included (see full list below) except cleaning services, phone, food, personal toiletries and transportation. This home checks all the boxes: Nice home in nice neighbourhood (North end, off Hammond Bay Rd.) Bright, spacious, tidy. Two living areas, each with a gas fireplace, with kitchen in between them. Onsite laundry, driveway parking, storage space for bike/kayak, private backyard with deck, workshop in garage, close to bus stop. Gorgeous ocean views, short walk to the beach. Good sight lines of an active eagle’s nest! Non-Negotiables: This home is not suitable for cigarette smokers or those with their own pets. Fixed Term (furnished): Minimum 2 months. A great option for someone who is on a fixed-term work contract, attending post-secondary or just moving to the Island as you have all the amenities of a large home, for a reasonable cost, and I provide bedding, towels, and laundry products. On-going (furnished/unfurnished). I’m open to a permanent housemate if the match is good for us both. If desired, I can clear the rear living area for your furniture and decorations.
