Looking for a hideous, gas-guzzling camper van that seats and sleeps 3 in single bed comfort? Look no further. This van was built for a 3 person trip to Ottawa in 2017 and has never had any mechanical issues in my ownership. Pre-trip I replaced: Brakes Shocks Cap, rotor, wires, plugs Passenger side kingpin Carburetor rebuild Gutted interior and built 3 single beds and cabinets for storage Wired lights, inverter to second 12v battery on an isolator. The good: 13,000 kilometre road trip in 2017 with zero mechanical issues Hasn't left the island since but has never had a problem going to Victoria or Tofino for the weekend. 3 beds, 3 seats. USB chargers Inverter Ample storage. CD Player with Aux Rear door plastered in stickers (mostly from breweries, just add your Instagram and try to get free beer!) The bad: Propane system was gutted, no kitchen area. Just beds, seats and storage. Awning works but takes a lot of convincing (crowbar) Carburetor float levels could use an adjustment, bogs down on heavy throttle. The worst fuel economy of any vehicle I've ever personally owned. Steering is vague but so is every other 34 year old Ford. A/C doesn't work. Sometimes the gauges go crazy and it says its over-charging, over-heating, and full of gas. (These are all lies) One of the hubcaps is somewhere in South Dakota. I would sell it cheaper without the secondary battery. Need it out of my driveway soon, make me an offer.
