EVERYTHING WORKED WHEN IT WAS PARKED last August SO THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE IT WILL ALL STILL WORK. Fits in an 8 foot Truck Box! 17 Feet Long! Solid Fiberglass Exterior! Needs 3/4 ton or bigger. No Leaks! 1. Large Fridge with separate freezer on top - clean and ready to use. All shelves and door rails etc., are present amd in excellent condition. 2. Stove with 4 burners, grills and oven - all present and clean and ready to use. The edge of the stovetop is rusty. It needs to be done with a wire wheel, and then painted with high heat paint. Still usable, just not nice to look at. 3. Furnace is there and looks to be in good shape. I cleaned the wall vent cover but it still needs to be sanded or sand blasted and then painted with high heat paint. 4. Hot water tank appears to be in excellent condition. 5. The Light Fixtures are all there. ALL Plumbing is UNTESTED But all of these are in excellent shape to look at. 1. Double Kitchen Sinks- excellent condition. The drain rims are corroded and rough, need to be replaced, or cleaned up with some sort of tiny grinding stone, then painted. 2. Toilet, Shower, & Sink - excellent shape 3. Black & Gray Water Tanks- excellent shape. Lots of storage. Wooden cupboards and drawers everywhere, including Bathroom, Front Entrance, Loft, Kitchen, Table Area- under and over. It needs a couple of small fiberglass repairs because it was stored on jack stands that weren't attached properly. The new owner will want to do the fibreglass repair and replace the too small metal plates with larger ones. The metal plates would cover the fibreglass repair so it wouldn't have to be pretty. ~ see pics. Floor and carpet need replacing. Cupboards need cleaning, sanitizing and lined. One Drawer needs wood glue. Dining area is scruffy but usable. Needs minimal work. No mattresses, cushions or window coverings. If you have minimal repair abilities, this camper is for you. The things it needs done inside are very inexpensive, take no time at all and require only simple basic skills.
